The Teton Valley Education Foundation offers annual hearing and vision screening in Teton County’s elementary schools through a partnership with the Idaho Eastern Region Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation.
This year, the TVEF partnered with the Community Foundation of Teton Valley, Teton Valley Health Care, The Rotary Club of Teton Valley, Corner Drugstore, King’s Variety Store and Subs for Santa to purchase school supplies and backpacks for students whose families may be experiencing financial difficulties and cannot afford school supplies.
The TVEF funds Teton High School’s VOICE program each year. The VOICE Student to Student Mentoring Program is an ongoing program where positive older students have a strong VOICE to influence younger students.
Robotics is a program partially funded by TVEF where students learn how to design, prototype, build, program and troubleshoot a machine that will compete with other machines across the nation.
Each year, TVEF sets aside approximately $15,000 to support teachers with equipment, supplies, books, technology and field trips. You, as donors, help make these funds possible! TVEF Classroom grants are distributed in September, January and March!

The Teton Valley Education Foundation serves every student and educator in Teton Valley Idaho’s public schools. We work closely with school and district leadership to support critical projects that can not be funded within the school district’s budget. We invite you to contribute your time, talents and dollars to help us bring unique educational programs into every school, provide competitive grants for teachers and staff, and coordinate a cadre of dedicated classroom and school volunteers.
